Ready For Summer in Cedar City

Get out and take advantage of the warmer weather and sunshine. Here are some ideas on how to keep your new home cool and comfortable, and make the outdoors just as inviting as the indoors. Maybe roll up area rugs will open up and lighten the rooms.  I like to can replace heavy comforters with lighter weight bedspreads in cooler colors to really welcome the summer.  Because it is the season for  ceiling fans and air conditioners make sure those are working.

Also check to see if screen doors are in good shape. Spring and summer are the perfect times for painting or remodeling since you can let the fresh air right in. Bright colors for pillows,  table cloths, candles, pictures, dishware or other accessories. You may also want to consider adding some new outdoor furniture to give your new home a fresh look for the summer. I’m sure you’ll plan on doing a lot more outdoor living, cooking and entertaining. Smaller spaces are not a problem – you can simply use colorful potted plants to create a beautiful outdoor living space in a small garden or courtyard. If you have a deck, you may want to give it a fresh coat of paint or stain, and if you have a pool, you’ll want to remember about maintenance so you can enjoy it all summer long.
